Spyker: sale of 32 million Euro

Spyker Cars is for sale. That's right, Spyker, with the company in the UK CPP Global Holdings Ltd have signed an agreement of understanding for the sale of Spyker Cars. The transaction cost is around € 32 million and its assets will go into a new company that will be based in Coventry. Victor Muller, CEO Spyker said that now the turnover of the Dutch firm has increased and that the business has turned into a fish too big for a small pond.

" Muller has therefore confirmed the need for an operation that will also help the fortunes of Saab. Spyker will pass into the hands we CPP, a company with 250 employees and specializes in automobile production. The owner is the Russian tycoon Vladimir Antonov, which will now have to produce the new Spyker cars.
