Spyker sale to revive Saab

Victor Muller Spyker could sell to focus exclusively on Saab, the Swedish brand bought from the hands of General Motors last year by the Dutch company. Seems to be interested in buying the British company CCP Global Holdings, a group active in the automotive sector controlled by Russian tycoon and already a shareholder in Spyker, Vladimir Antonov.

As revealed by some sources, the two sides have already agreed on almost all the points necessary for the handover, which provides for the creation of a company in Coventry, formerly the site of the CPP Glogal, which should incorporate the assets in share in Spyker Cars, for an estimated value in about 32 million euro, of which 15 are paid at close, and the remaining 17 to be paid within the next six years.

CPP Global is already a partner of Spyker since 2000, when it contributed to the rebirth of the brand along with Victor Muller, who asked the question said that "we could not buy without Spyker Saab Automobile last year, but the business is soon Spyker become too big a fish in a small pond and to move forward needs significant injections of capital, "which is why, says the Dutch firm," separate and Spyker Saab in terms of capital seems a good decision.

" The fascinating and complicated recovery plan for an established brand like Saab seems to have so fascinated Muller, who evidently believes in the rebirth of the Swedish company, which, in hindsight, is equal to what has been done 11 years ago with Spyker, hoping that this time saving to produce good fruit.
