Toyota will present the concept at Geneva Yaris and the Prius hybrid HSD +, the 7-seater minivan hybrid already presented at the show in Detroit as Prius V. The Yaris HSD, which anticipates the expected standard model, will present a slightly different design than the new Yaris and standard LED daytime inserted into the headlights, but the Japanese did not issue statements for the time on the mechanical and the values of consumption.
The car will be assembled even in the French plant in Valenciennes in Japanese and will challenge the Honda Jazz for the title of cheapest hybrid on the market. The Prius + is instead the 7-seater MPV version of the Prius, already lodged in Detroit under the name V Prius has the same mechanics of the Prius, with 1.8 to Atkinson cycle engine and electric motor, for a total of 136 hp.
Final data from this model are still not yet been released for the European version. The stand Swiss, the Japanese will also be showing all the technological solutions dedicated to the environment: Full Hybrid Vehicle (HV), plug-in (PHV), electric (EV) and fuel cell hybrid (FCHV).
