The program dell'Abarth World Meeting 2011, conceived and organized by the Veteran Car Team Bolzano, is now defined and includes three days of full immersion (from 8 to 10 July 2011) in the history of the Abarth brand, from its origins to the present. The first "World Abarth Meeting" - created with the extraordinary participation and collaboration of Carlo Abarth Foundation, chaired by Anneliese Abarth - is open to models of all ages from all over the world.
"With this great event - said Mrs. Abarth - we want to create a benchmark for many Abarth enthusiasts from around the world, united by the same spirit that animates the Foundation Carlo Abarth. The focus will be the city of Bolzano. Starting from the afternoon of Friday, July 8 cars will remain on display in the central Piazza Walther.
Followed by a parade through the city that will take participants to the center of Safe Driving Safety Vadena Park for a first performance on the track. Saturday, July 9, starting from Caldaro, is scheduled for the commemoration of Bolzano-Mendola hillclimb, a significant race cars of the Scorpion, which in the past has obtained dozens of unqualified success with the powerful racing prototypes and as many victories small class with 695, 850 and 1000 carried on a Fiat 500 and 600.
To conclude the day, a scenic route back the crews in the center of Bolzano. Sunday, July 10, after a final parade in Piazza Walther in Bolzano from 8.30, will repeat the climb that leads to the Mendola pass, this time departing from Appian. Both bridges will be addressed to the Mendola on stretches of road closed to traffic.
