Gumpert Tornante in Geneva with 700 horsepower

Comes directly from its manufacturer Gumpert, the teaser that anticipates and reveals the forms of the hairpin, high-performance car that will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show. Behind the design of the new supercar is the signature of an Italian study, the Superleggera Touring body that has fielded a number of design solutions to the first floor, one above all the opening gullwing doors for existing views of the sister Gumpert Apollo.

Great innovation also from technical point of view since the Tornante will build on an aluminum frame, carbon fiber body, but especially on a twin-turbo 4.2-liter V8 engine capable of delivering 700-horsepower (but there will step with higher powers). A motor home that Audi will be joined by a super exchange with steering wheel controls.

You just have to see it live at the Geneva event knowing that the first models are expected in 2012.
