A month after having submitted their concept cars on display during the Detroit Motor Show, Honda has released the first images of the new Civic in sedan and coupe Yes The Japanese media, thereby reaching a ninth series, and is characterized by the presence of the Hybrid version with lithium-ion battery, 1.5 i-VTEC engine with 110 hp, automatic transmission and continuously variable ECO Assist for reduced consumption, amounting to over 19 km / l according to EPA measurements.
The Civic Hybrid is available with one bodywork three volumes, while the coupe is equipped with the 2.4 petrol engine four-cylinder i-VTEC 200 hp and 230 Nm combined with a six-speed manual transmission clutches. HF, the Civic sedan instead uses a 1.8 i-VTEC 140 hp and a five-speed automatic transmission, an association that provides a higher average distance to the fateful step of 40 miles per gallon (41 mpg, equal to our 17 km / l) thanks also to the use of ECO technology Assist.
