Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 at the Geneva Motor Show

To spread "with the dropper details and information on a form, whether totally new or just updated, is almost becoming a fashion, a custom car in the world. No exception in this case, even Volkswagen, after less than two weeks before the first revelations in the restyling of the Tiguan Preview, today issued additional news, with lots of new images that will be added to those already available.

The news today add little to what was seen with regard to aesthetic alterations suffered by the German SUV, whose lines have been updated with an eye to the family feeling of the group, in particular the Volkswagen Touareg. Then you notice the new grille design is accented with four chrome trim that add a touch of elegance, while the headlights and rear it is dominated by the LED technology, with a circular design in front and a form to " L "in the queue.

More noteworthy, however, the news about the engines that will take place in the hood of the Volkswagen Tiguan, which will be four petrol units and three turbo-charged diesel, with power going from 122 hp to 210 hp delivered by a 2.0 TSI engine for otto cycle and from 110 hp to 170 hp for diesel ones.

In addition, the Wolfsburg manufacturer has reported that the 2012 Tiguan will benefit from useful accessories for safe driving such as Dynamic Light Beam Assist, Lane Assist system, a new XDS electronic differential locking system and the detection of fatigue driver. The official presentation of the Volkswagen Tiguan MY 2012 is scheduled for the Geneva Motor Show 2011 which opens March 3.
