After announcing a willingness to create a sports division, officially the S60 Volvo Performance Project, developed in collaboration with Polestar and Heico: developed on specific Australian division of the Swedish, the car is based on S60 T6 R Design. Polestar has taken steps to revisit the electronic engine: the car now develops 325 hp instead of 300 and delivers 480 Nm of torque well (+40).
Heico has been rather busy to provide the means of beautifully burnished alloy wheels 19 "(fit Pirelli tires) and a completely new exhaust to bring out the tone of the engine. Like the R Design from which even the S60 Performance Project presents new sports suspension that lowers the entire car body by 15 mm, with stiffer springs, 15% with 20% of the bushes harder than the S60 with dynamic suspension.
A Design of origin also internal reasons. The car could go into production soon: a small number will be made only after assessing the customer demand. It is unclear whether any will be sold in other markets.
