Volvo S60 Performance Project

Volvo launched the S60 Performance Project, a version of its high performance sedan that has been developed and manufactured in collaboration with Polestar and Heico. The new Volvo S60 has a motor of 325 hp. The Australian division of Volvo has created, in collaboration with Polestar and Heico makes the new Volvo S60 Performance Project.

This is a model that has been used as a base S60, which are added the finishing R Design and also has several modifications. The first of them the firm Polestar, which modified the electronic control unit to increase the engine power 25 hp original, leaving the total at 325 hp. Maximum torque has also been increased to 48.98 mkg.

Heico's hand is less noticeable on the wheels like the exhaust pipes. For the former, has added a 19-inch Pirelli tires that host high-performance, while the exhaust system has been modified to give it a more aggressive engine sound. This Volvo S60 Performance Project shares with the conventional sports suspension lowered by 15 mm over the original, but looks like their springs have been tightened by 15% compared to the R Design version.
