Mercedes SLK 250 CDI

After three generations, and fifteen-year career Mercedes SLK is offered with a diesel engine, now available for the SLK 250 CDI which will be ordered from 13 September. The technicians of the Star chose to use the four-cylinder 2143 cc 204 hp and 500 Nm, already under the hood of the S-Class and CLS and equipped with common rail system of fourth generation (pressure at 2,000 bar) and turbo-charged two- internship.


With this engine, the SLK can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.7 seconds, takes 80 to 120 km / h in just 4.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 243 km / h. The average consumption is 4.9 liters per 100 kilometers stated in emissions of 128 g / km. In the first phase of the SLK 250 CDI sales will be offered only with the 7G-TRONIC PLUS, while the manual six grafts will debut in the second quarter of 2012.

The standard does not lack the Start & Stop, while the roof MAGIC SKY CONTROL is provided as an optional sport suspension and electrically adjustable suspension, the latter part of the Dynamic Handling included also a more direct steering and brake torque vectoring. The presentation is scheduled during the Frankfurt Motor Show (15-25 September).
