New Opel in Frankfurt

Opel will unveil the Astra GTC and Zafira Tourer at the Frankfurt Motor Show to be held in September, besides the electric Ampera and a series of developments at the propeller. All trademarks heat engines for the main event of the fall, the Frankfurt Motor Show. Opel is not a excepeción and has already confirmed that the German show will debut officially at two of its most anticipated models, the Astra GTC and Zafira Tourer.


The sportier model will feature a high performance suspension HiPerStrut, plus a series of diesel or gasoline whose powers vary between 120 and 180 hp. As regards the Zafira Tourer has a Seat Flex7 completely redesigned interior, plus an injection technology that Opel keeps all the details until the official unveiling of the car.

The German brand Opel will also officially launch the electric Ampera whose lithium-ion batteries will feed an electric motor capable of developing 150 horsepower. Its range will be about 483 total miles. In addition to this electric car, Opel is concerned with the efficiency with conventional vehicles, so it will launch seven new ecoFLEX engines, which are as follows: for the Opel Agila comes a 1.0 gasoline emits 109 g / km, for a Meriva 1.3 CDTi with the same issues as above, for a 1.7 Astra CDTi is incorporated with emissions of 99 g / km, while the Insignia will have a 1.4 turbo gasoline emits 134 g / km CO2 and a 2-liter CDTi fixing their emissions 115 g / km.

Finally, we also have both versions exoFLEX Opel Astra GTC Opel Zafira as the Tourer will present the brand in Frankfurt.
