Peugeot HX1 Metamorphosis

Peugeot will present the concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show HX1 Metamorphosis, a brand new 6-seater MPV plug-in hybrid. The line evolved the concepts expressed by the newer models of the house, like the 508, while the aerodynamics, a stronger or a cx, 28, is optimized by the active small spoiler positioned on the rear window, opening over 100 km/h.

The alloy wheels from the turbine pattern also change the shape of the races on the move. Among the curiosities of the passenger, finished with materials like brushed metal, leather and fiber optics, stands out the center console equipped with mini bar and even a coffee machine. The propulsion system Hybrid4 is already available on the new 3008 and 508 RXH, but in this case is offered in a more powerful version: the 299 hp total is paid by the 2.2-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine from 204 hp to the front , combined with the 95 hp electric motor on the rear axle and there is a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The XH1 is also equipped with plug-in technology with lithium batteries, which allow you to travel the 30 km emission-free energy on a single charge. The total average consumption of the car down to 3.2 l/100 km as well, with emissions equal to 83 g / km of CO2.
