Saab: Swedish home again risk of bankruptcy

As reported by Reuters today, the persistent financial problems would constrain Saab  to bring to demand for legal protection from creditors and bankruptcy procedure. A spokeswoman for the American subsidiary of Saab said he could not deny nor confirm the report at the time.

The many doubts that have never left the rehabilitation project of Victor Muller, therefore, now seem to materialize in the worst possible scenario. The most critical phase of the Saab fallout began with the first missed payments to suppliers, dating back to last spring. Since then, production has actually gone on in fits and starts, without ever fully recover.
