New Audi A3 E-Tron: power derived from the A3 Sportback

The Audi A3 E-Tron is an electric vehicle that originates from the A3 Sportback, in fact its design does not change. The Audi A3 E-Tron is a pure electric car with a synchronous motor which produces an output of 136 hp and 270 Nm of torque to push this engine, we think lithium ion batteries from 26.5 kW / h and are located in the central tunnel and the rear.

Despite the presence of batteries weighing 300 kg, the E-Tron weighs 1'592 kg, only a little more than an A3 TDI. His performances speak for a maximum speed of 145 km / h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 11.2 seconds, while its range is 140 km and the charging is done in 9 hours in a standard wall current 230V and 4 if the voltage is 400V.

Interesting is the choice of three driving modes A3 E-Tron: dynamic, automatic and efficient. The three driving modes are compatible with regenerative braking and for this we have 4 different levels of recovery: from the low resistance to slow down automatically when the accelerator is pressed.
