Car accident for Rowan Atkinson, the British actor famous in the world for having played the bumbling Mr. Bean and surreal in the homonymous TV series, Johnny Italiano in movies (the last will be released in autumn). Atkinson, as reported by some British media, has ended up in a tree with his McLaren F1, which, after the impact, caught fire causing an understandable shock to the actor, who is still only managed to get out of the car putting the safe waiting for help.
Atkinson was later taken to hospital because of a slight bruise reported in the impact, caused apparently by the excessive speed at which the actor was traveling. Despite the small and big screen Mr. Bean is strictly faithful to his old Mini Green, Atkinson in real life - which is also an engineer graduated with honors - is a true car enthusiast: in his garage because, in addition to the supercar involved incident (the estimated value of EUR 1 million) also includes a Ferrari and an Aston Martin.
But the actor also loves classic cars and is not ashamed to participate in pageants and competitions regularly as the last Mille Miglia, where he pointed out at the wheel of a BMW 328.
